I work as a Caregiver that solely work with Veterans who have Dementia. I seek out restaurants I can incorporate into their routine. It’s really important for many who live with dementia a well set schedule and pattern helps them to feel safe or less confusion or anxiety . I always look for places were we can sit with a wall next seating so my client feels more secure while sitting . An if they can accommodate a cup with lid or mind me bringing a cup with a lid . There’s a long list of things I go through before I take a client who in most cases may of stopped going outside the home other than dr . I ate at this restaurant 3 times before I took my clients . Never was I made to feel al my questions were a bother. I’ve now taken two of my clients there on a few different occasions. The young man who’s helped us Logan is absolutely amazing. He’s patient curiosous and don’t get flustered being asked same questions over and over over again by one of my clients. He always answers as if it were the first time he was asked his name or told same joke ;) . The other workers there’s are also very kind and the cook has come out to check on one of my clients to see if he was handling food well. One my clients has chewing issues and there food must be easy to swollow with minimal chewing. So we order him an inside out burrito basically with ground beef . They make it for him and serves with same pride and display as everything else not just slop on a plate . I love the amazing business in BG and how wonderful they have been helping me to help these amazing men be out in the world giving them a better quality of life . Edit: Husband an I had date night and omg the Mole Enchiladas are so amazing and the Super Nachos were massive . My husband ordered the Large with chicken as the protein. He couldn’t finish it . He always clears his plate haha . He’s 6’7 and over 300lbs this man loves his dinner . I was shocked he was so full he just couldn’t and he said he wished he could it was so good. But next time he will order the regular. I’m pretty sure the large would be best for a family to order as an appetizer.

I had the pleasure of visiting this place today. I ordered a Quesabirria and a Sope, both were absolutely delicious. This little food cart is full or flavor with lots of traditional Mexican dishes to choose from , very clean outside and most importantly the owner is absolutely wonderful. It is close to roads for easy access. I will be coming back again soon

Now THIS is how you make a craveable breakfast burrito Sometimes the places off the beaten path are the best gems! Worth the U-turn time if coming from Battle Ground heading West or a NO BRAINER if passing it coming from the West and headed East! Look at the hot, gooey cheese! The flavors and ratio were spot on. Both sauces tasted great together. If I had to pick one though, I'd pick the red... which is surprising because I usually go for a green sauce. $11 or so can get you a very delicious breakfast burrito! I want to try some of their other offerings now. I like that they had so many gringo options for kiddos and plain pallets, too. The service was kind and efficient and they have a few picnic tables to sit at as well.

If you are thinking about eating here, I highly recommend that you do. My husband and I wanted to try a new spot and we made a great choice. It’s really hard to find good authentic food that I grew up eating, and this place is legit. The food was seasoned perfectly, and the price is very reasonable. We got two deluxe burritos, 6 tacos, and horchata. The cost was $57 plus tip. The beans and rice are so good and flavorful. And the proteins are so amazing, we had chicken, carnitas, and asada and all of them had such deep well seasoned flavors, and they were all very tender. Also we asked for as much salsa sides that they could give us and they delivered, in the pic with the tacos you can see a bunch of salsa. They really care about guest experience. Now I understand why every time I drive by here there is a crowd of people. You guys are rocking it, and I appreciate your food so much, please continue what you’re doing.
